Join us every Saturday morning at 8:15a.m. for our 30 minute free class! We will alternate between nutritional classes and our unique and powerful Bodiblast HIIT workouts.  Find out more below! (Just scroll across for additional class info.)

CLASS CALENDAR

30-Minute Bodiblast HIIT Workout

Join us for our 30-minute Bodiblast Group Workout! This free class will be offered on alternating Saturday mornings starting at 8:15a.m. and will be located on Coast’s outside deck (weather permitting.)

These classes are 30 minutes of very intense, non-stop, highly effective HITT training. During those 30 minutes, we will use the following training tools :

  • Metabolic training with the use of dumbbells, resistance bands and your body weight
  • Plyometrics
  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Core and balance improvement
  • Because the session is only 30 minutes, you will be moving at a very fast pace. This is for the person that really wants that extra push and has the desire to increase muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance and improve balance. These classes are intended to push you to your limit, so individuals with any medical and/or physical limitations should consult their physician before starting this class.

    Please bring the following items with you:

  • Your own workout or yoga mat
  • Water
  • Towel (you will be sweating for this one!)
  • Positive, fun, and willing attitude!
  • There is no cost and no registration required, but each class size is limited to 8 residents and works on a first come first serve basis at the beginning of each class. Classes will begin promptly at 8:15a.m. on their assigned mornings. You may attend one or all classes. Please check the class calendar for dates.

    What’s your nutritional IQ?

    Whether you are trying to drop a few extra pounds or trying to live a healthier lifestyle, we all could benefit from increasing our nutritional IQ. These free classes will be offered on alternating Saturday mornings starting at 8:15a.m. and will be held at Coast’s common area located on the 2nd floor.
